Internationally known jazz guitarist and Pittsburgh native Joe Negri performed Stephen Foster favorites with students from St. Raphael School in Pittsburgh’s Morningside neighborhood Jan. 13 during the 90th annual Foster memorial service at the Allegheny Cemetery. Foster died in January 1864 and is interred at the cemetery.
